Grapefruit:

Botanical name: Citrus paradisi

Grapefruit oil is uplifting, and energising, it helps to reduce fear and stress.
Lavender:

Botanical name : Lavandula angustifolia

It helps to release the worries, that can be in the body, it is an oil that comforts and reassures us when we have doubts and a choice to make. It also calms us when we can feel overwhelmed.
